People are at the heart of the DDL model and are an essential part of linking the goals and objectives of farm owners with those in the paddock executing the farm system.  Each of our farm supervisory team have an inherent knowledge of farm systems, animal welfare, and most importantly people management developed from their own years in the paddock.
