Farm Supervisor

Lofty (aka Stephen) joined DDL in 2014 as a Farm Supervisor and in 2015 also bought into the business. He currently oversees nine farms across the Hauraki Plains. Beginning his farming career at the age of 19, Lofty has progressed through the ranks from contract milker to lower order sharemilker, 50/50 sharemilker and now equity owner. In his role at DDL, Lofty particularly enjoys seeing farm staff develop and progress to reach their own career goals.
